hans christian andersen scares me.
anyways, today was really quite a piss-off day, considering pn being absolutely URGHish and dood, he NEVER ever checks our socks or name tags or skirt length, then today, suddenly came around and got grumpy. so he ticked off everybody whose socks he claimed he couldn't see. (which includes me) and which i also think is very unfair. because yes, my socks are low, but so are my shoes, which means if you lower yourself a bit you can see the NYGH clear and obvious. gah. & so he sent off to an email (to our parents) and even said he's
SICK OF TELLING US TIME AFTER TIME and we're like blink blink. really?! when he never mentioned or hinted about it. not even a 'pull up your socks'. grsh. anyways, its not like ma and pa will care. they see me wear my socks almost everyday and they dont give any comment. and we
dont get demerit points by having low socks,
especially not if the NYGH is clearly there for the rest of the world to see.
and i dont think it was right of him to say our out-of-school activities might affect our marks. (refers to ronnie) maybe he should understand that some of us simply dont care about the subject.
and SPA. haha im doomed for chem larh. am quite surprised to realise that i dont really care. i mean, chem is absolutely not one of my priorities right now. maybe it was at the start of the year, but things change, whether its the subject topics, the method of teaching, the expectations, the test formats, the teacher. and now i dont hate it exactly, but i like it no more. i think chem is too much overanalysing. why do we want to what direction electrons spin in? or what the properties of magnesium oxide are? or stuff like covalent ionic and whatnot bonding. it doesnt help us in our lives, at all. what, the world is dying and you're there magnifying something that is so tiny and pointless?
now think physics. its a completely different world, equations, diagrams, solid facts. nuclear power is physics. creating things to promote safety, stuff like sunblock lotion. physics! a leaf falling when the rain hits it, or when the wind blows, is physics. the chubby child on the swing set is physics. everything is physics. and tbh is a rawkass teacher who's very kool. might be saying this because i comparatively do better for physics than chem, but the reason i do better is because i study for the tests, while i barely touch my chem stuff (except to read through it in the free period before chem. nyah!). and the fact that i bother studying means i care about it. and yay anyways physics is <3ed. color="#009900">
my list of priorities as follows, as in time allocation.
1. God/church/etc
2. time with family! - bowling, tv, sitting around, tennis
3. friends!
4. practicing piano
5. academics
6. cca
whee :) soon marimba should overtake academics. heh.
academic subjects priorities as follows:
1. physics
2. maths
3. music
4. chinese
5. chinese lit
6. chem
7. langarts
8. ih
WHEE!
aiyah the only reason i shall stick with chem in jc is kuz i'll need if i want to go into engineering, which i do. have thought about accountancy, but if i do take accountancy, itll mean giving up physics and that is too much pain to bear. =D
csm tomorrow! much slack and hanging around doing nothing. hahahaha lovely week in general, minus pn pissing me off. popo & alicia came on monday and they're leaving tomorrow, so we had dinner with a few random relations today at crystal jade, toa payoh hdb hub. then tomorrow night kehshin-jie and li-shin-jie are coming! hahahaha things rawk. will go to limefleamarket on saturday!
and the 27-28th may limefleamarket is gonna be so kool. theme's on sports and wellness so i can go hunt racquets and see if they have head nano titanium s4! :) and stuff like tees. whee! oh talking about that, im gonna watch GREASE with pa on the 27th, he says i need to appreciate his generation's theatre! and im like er okay but it should be fun larh! and on 28th im going with jayne to watch RED RAIN's concert! yep i got tickets already, its free and they're a pretty kool Christian rock band. yay cant wait!
