so my head's bursting w a stupid headache & i've a fever that i caught from goodness knows where. i mean i drank lots of water, didnt go dancing in the rain, didnt bath in ice water, and didnt stand in front of the fan or aircon for a consecutive hour. i didnt eat much oily fried stuff either. gah, perfect time to happen, the very day before we leave for kunantan!
well thank God its just a fever, kuz @ least its one of those sicknesses where im not confined to e bed so @ least i can blog & pack & worry. & print out christmas carol lyrics for e ppl in kuantan, kuz ha-yee's having a christmas party tomorrow & she's appointed me to lead e singing. gah w e state my throat is currently in, i can hardly do that. sheesh. well well will drown myself with water & honey & barley & WHATEVER cures sore throats. plus pray, of course.
anyways. church camp. i was really going to blog about it, but i dont have e time right now. but all im gonna say is, it was absolutely amazing. & i understand what people mean when they say renewal of faith. & e sermons were amusing but i didnt actually absorb anything, but worship! worshipping was teh rock, there's just something about worship that brings you TO God, like you're standing right in front of Him.
"You are El-Shaddai, You are my Adonai", ahh pretty pretty song. then camp theme song was awesome too, " and my eyes they look onto You always, and i am captured by Your majesty, all of my days, i will sing of Your greatness, all of my days, i will speak of Your grace, all of my days i will tell of Your wondrous love, Your love in my life, Your love! " & a gazillion others, well, they rawk so much ass.
so i've found an absolutely starific Christian bookshop in plaza sing, tis called trumpet praise & it has loads of devotions! plus a whole bunch of really cute things. Christian things. then e yamaha in plaza sing has a heck lot of gospel songs for guitar & piano! ladida, life rawks. yep must find some time to go there again soon, i got 'everyday with jesus' & 'daily bread', the non-free ones.
so off i go to kuantan (malaysia) tomorrow!
