hence, i decided to blog.
kuz i woke up this morning, lo & behold, in my cup of water i always put on my desk, i see five dead ants. i counted, yes, five. last time it was four. & before that it was one. amusing, no? so i wonder what it is in my room, or in my cup of plain tap water that is so fascinating to ants. fluorine, perhaps.
& everytime the number increases. gah!
so i'm busy looking for a suitable verse i can use to write up prettily & decorate for my mummy's friend who just realised she has cancer. she's kinduf been down lately (i mean duh. its cancer, not flu.) & basically moping around life thinking she has no more purpose merely kuz she's got cancer. well i think my best so far is isaiah 35. YES, isaiah again, its not my fault that i absolutely love love love isaiah, its def the most amazing book in e Bible.
if you've any other suggestions, please do tell me!!
so isaiah 35 verses 1 to 7 goes:
the desert and the parched land will be glad;the wilderness will rejoice and blossom;like the crocus, it will burst into bloom;it will rejoice greatly and shout for joy;the glory of Lebanon will be given to it,the splendor of Carmel and Sharon;they will see the glory of the LORD,the splendor of our God. strengthen the feeble hands, steady the knees that give way;say to those with fearful hearts, be strong, do not fear;your God will come,he will come with a vengeance;with divine retribution he will come to save you. Then will the eyes of the blind be opened;and the ears of the deaf unstopped;then will the lame leap like a deer;and the mute tongue shout for joy;water will gush forth in the wildernessand streams in the desert.the burning sand will become a pool;the thirsty ground bubbling springs;in the haunts where jackals once lay, grass & reeds & papyrus will grow.isnt it absolutely prettiful?!
